The Octagon Racing Group was established in September 2003, with three employees, a borrowed card table and four chairs in the heart of Charlotte's NASCAR country as a new unit of Octagon Worldwide.

Six months later, at the 2004 Daytona 500, our group was over 20 strong and would guide client, Sprint Nextel, to the most anticipated sports sponsorship launch in history, their debut as the title sponsor of NASCAR's premier racing series, The NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series.

Today, the Octagon Racing Group is the largest NASCAR-dedicated sports marketing agency in the United States with over 60 professionals ready to assist your company from our Huntersville, NC headquarters.

Octagon manages sponsorship programs for many of NASCAR’s biggest and most active sponsors such as: Sprint Nextel, Bank of America, The Home Depot, Allstate and Texas Instruments.

To give you an idea of our scope of services, in the last 12 months the Octagon Racing Group:

- Negotiated and manage over $150 Million in annual sponsorship spending with NASCAR, teams, drivers, tracks, licensees and media outlets

- Our account teams hosted over 30,000 guests at NASCAR races
